Exfoliation is the process of shedding or peeling of dead skin cells from the upper layer of your skin. Although it is a natural process, the process slows down as we age, like all-body processes. If our skin cells are not getting enough nutrition to function well, there may be breakouts in your skin which may make our skin look wrinkled and dull. An aesthetician from Wexford, Ireland said that to help the process of shedding and make the new skin look smoother, clear, radiant and younger it is necessary to exfoliate once in a week or a month.
