Lakshmi Puja is one of the purest rituals followed by the Indians to please the goddess of wealth, Devi Lakshmi. It is believed that after performing the rituals of Lakshmi puja, the goddess blesses her devotees with wealth and success. Here’s what you can do if you want to perform the puja on your own.

Rituals of Lakshmi Puja

Step 1: Keep the whole house clean and make sure every corner is dusted neatly. Make a beautiful Rangoli at the door and if necessary, then decorate the house with LED lights, garlands of marigold flower and mango leaves. Prepare a Manglik Kalash. To prepare Manglik Kalash, use unpeeled or hairy coconuts on the water-filled Kalash, and Chandan to make a Swastik design on it. Place them at both sides of the main entrance of the house.
