By celebrating Children's Day, we also pay tribute to our first-ever Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, who was born on this day. He is also known as Chacha Nehru among children. Why do we celebrate Children's Day?

Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru once said that he may not have time for adults but he has enough time for children. Furthermore, he quoted that the children of today will make the India of tomorrow.
