Ingredients
Sweet
- Besan laddu
- 250 gr Besan
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 100 g Sugar powder
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- As required Dry Fruits
For Masala Puri
- 200 gr Wheat atta
- As required Regular masala oil for frying
- Bhindi Fry
- 500 gr Bhindi
- 2 tsp Cornflour oil for frying
- Pinch Chaat masala sprinkle
- As required Regular masala
- Dal
- Tuver dal
- As required Regular masala
- As required Gud / Jaggery
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- As needed fresh Dhaniya / coriander leaves
- Hole masala
- 1 dry lal mirch/chilli
- 1 long cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp methi dana
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Haldi/turmeric powder
- Pinch hing / asafoetida
- To taste salt
Cooking Instructions
First Step
- In a pan add ghee and saute besan till it turns pink. Coloured on slow flame add elaichi powder mix well now cool it. After cooling mix, sugar powder left Elaychipowder and make balls equal portion
For Puri
- Take pan add atta regular masala oil mix well and make smooth dough with water now make balls and make puri and deep fry in oil
Bhindi Fry
- Cut and clean bhindi cut in strips now sprinkle cornflour Chaat Masala salt mix very well now fry in hot oil transfer to a plate and add red chilli powder dhania/coriander powder pees of fried cashew nuts
For Gujarati Dal
- Boil Tuvar dal in a pressure cooker for three whistles Cool the cooker open the lid blend it in another pan add oil add a long cinnamon stick methi dana mustard seed jeera hing stir it to heat boil on the gas add good red chilli powder salt haldi Adarkh Imli salt roasted peanut pees of tomato Adark paste pour Tafka into boiling dal stir it add kadi patta/curry leaves on Tadka garnish with fresh Coriander and coconut grated
- Plain boil rice
- Aloo Tomato Sabji
- Boil aloo and cut into pieces in a pan heat oil add mustard seed, hing, and curry leaves for Tadka add tomato pees and salt haldi after the tomato is smooth add red chilli powder stir it and add potato mix well and add water needed add fresh Coriander for garnish
For Patr
- Make dough from besan add oil salt haldi red chilli powder good Imli lemon juice ginger. garlic green chilli paste apply on alvi patra leaves steam on Steamer cool it cut in round shape fry them with oil till mustard seed hing dry curry leaves red chilli
- Fry hari mirch / green chilli
- Cabbage masala dry (Sambhara)
