Fish is one of the most delicious and healthy things to add to your plate. Fish is reportedly rich in omega-3 fatty acids which is essential for your body. Here are three fish recipes that will add nutrition and taste to your festival meal.

Healthy fish dishes for any festival

1.       Thai crispy fish

Chop spring onions lengthwise and keep it dipped in cold water. Remove the leaves from the coriander and keep it ready. Make some basic curry paste and rub it over clean fish pieces without skin. Add some olive oil in a hot pan with the coriander leaves and spring onions and let it cook for 5 minutes on each side. Wait for the fish to turn light golden in colour. Remove the veggies on a clean plate and place the piece of fish on top. Spoon some spicy used oil and pour on top of the fish. Squeeze a little bit of lemon juice on top.

2.       Jumbo fish fingers

Cut some fish into uniform long, thick pieces. Whisk a few eggs in a bowl and add some salt and pepper to the bowl. Crush some bread in a food processor and add some cheese into it with two spoons of oil. Transfer the paste into a tray. Coat the fish pieces in the egg batter and then dip in the bread crumbs. Transfer the prepared fish to a dish with butter paper. Freeze the fish pieces in a bag and then bake whenever you want. Bake it until it turns golden brown. Your fish is ready to be served.

3.       Masala grilled fish

The first step is to preheat your oven. Now heat a tray covered in foil. Peel a few cloves of garlic and chop a few coriander leaves. Grind the garlic and coriander leaves into a paste and transfer the fish into the hot tray. Apply the paste on the fish and grill it on medium heat. When it is almost cooked, get some bread ready for the fish. Meanwhile, make some salad using spring onions, lettuce, and coriander. Add some pepper, salt, and oil to the salad. Put the bread, fish, and salad together and enjoy your masala grill.
