Ingredients
- 1 cup white sesame seeds
- 3-4 teaspoon jaggery
- 1 teaspoon ghee
Process
- Heat an iron pan and add the sesame seeds to it. Roast the seeds in a low flame till it’s light brown.
- Transfer the roasted sesame seed on a plate and let it cool down.
- Add ghee and jaggery to the pan and let it cook until it turns into light brown and forms a bubble.
- Add the roasted sesame seeds to the pan. Mix the three ingredients well before transferring to a plate.
- Grease the plate and belan with ghee.
- Gently knead the roll the roasted sesame and cut it into strips.
