Ingredients

100g grated carrots
100g grated coconut (dry or normal)
4-5 date palm
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Method

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots and grated coconut.
  • Remove the seeds from the date palm and add them to the mixing bowl.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon (optional) and mix all the ingredients well without adding any water, milk, or oil.
  • Once the mixture is ready, take a tablespoon of it and shape it into a laddoo. You can make the laddoos in any size you prefer – small or large.
