Cheese Samosa
The blend of cheese inside a samosa gives a great taste. It requires one cup of melted cheese and half tablespoon of oregano. The thick filling is then filled inside the samosa patti which is folded in a triangular shape. To make it spicy, you can add half a tablespoon of red chilli flakes as well. One tablespoon of salt is required to maintain the balance. It is then fried in hot oil and will be ready in 10-15 minutes.

Noodle Samosa
Noodle Samosa is easy to cook but requires proper attention. You need to fry garlic and onion till they turn pink in hot oil. You can then add spices. Add some salt with boiled noodles into it. Prepare the samosa patti separately in any of your desired shapes and fill it when the filling is ready. You can add soya sauce and various other spices in the filling for a unique taste. It will not fail to impress you and all it requires is some patience.

Chocolate samosa is a real treat for all chocolate lovers. You require three cups of flour with two cups of refined oil. You can add two tablespoons of sugar in the filling. To make it thicker, add two tablespoons of ghee as well. Your chocolate samosa will be ready after it gets deep-fried in hot refined oil. You can also add chocolate syrup for a better taste.
