You'll be amazed how serious The Rock is about his 'cheat meal' and how massive it is!

It can't be easy to have become the biggest, baddest and most 'electrifying' personality in not one but two (mostly unrelated) fields

It can't be easy to have become the biggest, baddest and most 'electrifying' personality in not one but two (mostly unrelated) fields but The Rock has managed to do so, and one thing that becomes clear from a trend in his Instagram posting habits is that the 46-year-old is completely serious -- even when it comes to the weekly 'cheat' he allows himself for all the hard work.

THE MOST ELECTRIFYING MAN IN SPORTS-ENTERTAINMENT & ENTERTAINMENT

The Rock, a.k.a. Dwayne Johnson, has been a superstar for at least two decades now, the first half of which was spent at the WWF/WWE's well-remembered 'Attitude Era', during which, it's probably fair to say, he brought in a Brahma Bull's worth of attitude, laid more than a few 'smackdowns', and was well worth his billing as "the People's Champion". That wildly successful run as a wrestling star, which was full to bursting with titles and feuds, including with the likes of Triple H, Stone Cold Steve Austin, the Undertaker, Mankind, Kane, and others, as well as a generation-vs-generation showdown with Hulk Hogan, culminated with The Rock's transition into Hollywood, where he's among the highest paid stars in the current roster.

The Rock has built on his fast-talking muscle-man appeal, starring in all-action roles, whether as part of ensembles, like in the Fast and Furious series, or in stand-alone disaster films like Skyscraper, and even in monster-flicks like Rampage where he teamed up with a giant mutant Gorilla to take on a giant mutant Wolf and a colossal mutant Alligator. And in the midst of all this, he was also named People Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive in 2016!

A FULL PLATE

The Rock has a full slate of upcoming projects, including a Fast and Furious spin-off with Jason Stratham called 'Hobbes and Shaw', and for this, he's been in London. But even on the other side of the Atlantic from his usual haunt, he's working just as hard as he always has, as is evidenced by this Instagram post, where he not only pumps serious iron but also shows he's a loving dad and takes a potshot at his friend Kevin Hart at the same time!

Considering how hard he works one almost wants The Rock to have a day off now and then, if only just to reaffirm one's belief in being human and having limits, and (potentially) to widespread relief, he does!

The Rock's 'cheat' is his weekend dinner, which comprises large quantities of a few critical components:

  • Sushi
  • Chocolate chip cookies
  • Pancakes
  • Netflix

Even in London, The Rock hasn't slowed down on his 'Sushi train'. On an average, there are at least three full trays with almost 80 individual bits complete with Wasabi, soya sauce and ginger.

Here are the most recent cheat meals:

While London and Sushi may not necessarily add up, The Rock has been getting recommendations:

Emily Blunt had some ideas for where the Rock could order as well:

The Rock always finds a way to justify his cheat meal. (Not that he needs to!)

Here he talks about the aftermath of his cheat meal. It sounds like getting hit by a 'Rock Bottom'

Then there are the post-Sushi 'cheat meal' - cookies or pancakes!

Here he gets detailed about the contents of said cookies and also hints at that other component of his cheat meal - Tequila!

Cookies don't mind, but Pancakes aren't 'wong', he says:

It's apparently a gag as his birthday cake was made to look like a huge stack of pancakes:

The Rock goes Latin to commemorate this one:

He even has Netflix recommendations:
