  • Take a bath with warm water. You can use the Epsom salt of your favourite flavour in your bathing water. It is very simple and effective will you will feel rejuvenated after a bath.
  • You can also apply a face-mask that will help you refresh your skin and exfoliate it. Apply the mask for 10-15 minutes. You can also add light some candles, put on good music and relax.
  • Do light stretching. Look out for 10 minutes exercises that you can do at home. If you are too busy to do something extensive when it comes to working out, just practice stretching or pranayama.
  •  Make small changes in your appearance. Apply a nail paint or get manicure or pedicure done. 
  •  You can also watch your favourite show or movie or can read a book if you want just simply to relax.
  •  Relaxing does not take care of physical aspects but it also makes your mind mentally active. Read lifestyle-related articles and make a mental list of things to do the coming weekend
  • In case you feel tired to cook you can just order the food online n eat while enjoying your movie or show or the book.
