Indoor exercise: Best equipment-free routines one can do at home

People sometimes lead busy lives and might not feel motivated to hit the gym regularly. However, it is not a good idea as avoiding exercise breaks one's fitness routine. Fortunately, there are alternatives today, if one doesn't want to visit the gym to melt that unwanted flab, here are some indoor exercises to help you stay in shape. Surprisingly, you don't even need any equipment for this.

Easy indoor exercises without any tools

1. Plank exercise

If you want to tone your abs, strengthen your core, look no further because this is the best indoor exercise for you. Start by getting into a push-up position. Hold the same position with your arms extended. Try to be in the same position for 30 seconds, minimum. Though it is not easy, it is the fastest way to reach your fitness goal at home. Celebrity trainer Holly Rilinger has mentioned in one of her videos on YouTube to inhale and exhale deeply while following this indoor exercise.

2.  Just stand straight

This is said to be the simplest and most effective exercise. All you need to do is, stand erect in one position for exactly 35 minutes. Make sure that your feet are touching each other, and you do not take any support. This looks easy, but it gets challenging with time. You may feel your thigh muscles are getting pulled after 15 minutes, which is when you start achieving your goals. Many fitness trainers have mentioned this exercise on their YouTube channel.

3. Hip raise

For this weight loss exercise, simply lie on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Stretch your arms to your sides at a 45-degree angle, with your palms facing up. Keeping your stomach tight, and raise your hips upwards so that your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. According to the fitness reports, one must follow this exercise for losing thigh fat.

4. Jump up high

As easy as it may sound, this is one of the best indoor exercises that require no tool. Stand in front of the mirror, and jump up high. Jump till you feel your calf muscles getting affected. You can begin at a slower pace, and then increase the speed as per your physical capability. Overall, this is one exercise that pulls down all the unwanted fat present in your body.

Many renowned fitness trainers have posted their indoor work-out videos on social media. In some, many trainers have recommended to start these exercises at a slower pace and then increase the count of your exercise gradually. One must dedicate only 15 minutes for the above indoor exercises.
