Sleep well

With our fast-paced lifestyles, it is very difficult to catch up with an 8-hour sleep. This is one of the main reasons for a migraine trigger. Make sure that you get enough sleep. Engage yourself in a quiet activity like reading or listening to soothing music before heading to bed. This may help you fall asleep easily.

Eat wisely

Your eating habits majorly influence your migraine. Stick to your time to eat meals, every day. Do not skip meals, as fasting triggers a migraine.  Avoid foods items like aged cheese, too much chocolate and caffeine or alcohol. It is advisable to eliminate these food items from your diet.

Manage stress

Stressing too much will only trigger your migraine. It is not up to us to avoid stress but we can keep it under control and manage it. Time management will be the best way to de-stress. Take parts in daily activities or pursue a hobby as it will help you relax. Also, keep a note of when your migraine starts and how long it lasts.
