English Bulldog Zsa Zsa passes away at the age of nine. Zsa Zsa, who won the title of the World’s Ugliest Dog 2018 organised at San Francisco Bay Area, died on July 9.
Confirming the news, owner Megan Brainard took her social media account to inform that the 9-year-old pooch passed away in her sleep. She mentioned that the incident was devastating and how it still is difficult to accept.
On the Facebook page for Zsa Zsa, Megan Brainard confirmed the dog died in her sleep.
"I'm sad to share that ZSA ZSA passed away in her sleep last night," she wrote in the Facebook post.

On June 23, Zsa Zsa slobbered her way to the winner's circle at the annual World's Ugliest Dog contest in Petaluma, California. She bagged USD 1,500, a trophy and a visit to New York. She was a rescued dog with a nasty underbite and dangling tongue.
To come out victorious, Zsa Zsa defeated 13 other dogs and clinched the title.
