Falling in love is a beautiful feeling, but falling out of love is the most difficult one. It's the most confusing state as your brain and heart don't agree with each other. While your brain reminds you that you are still in the relationship, your heart doesn't feel the same anymore.

Like all other things, every relationship also has its expiry date but most of the couple suffer in the transition of relationship figuring out whether its working or not.

Couples give several chances to their futile relationship as they fail to accept that there is no point watering a dead plant.

Here are the signs that suggest you are investing in a dead relationship,

1. When you stop getting insecure: The fear of losing each other is what keeps one interested in each other. Although over-insecurity is toxic for a relationship, a territorial protectiveness is expected out of a healthy relationship.

2. Where you feel that there is no spark left: The magic, the passion, the spark is what drives a relationship. 'the butterflies in the belly' feeling is compulsory every time a couple sees each other. It is the essence the relationship carry. But when you understand things are not happening that way, probably its a sign that the relationship is not working out anymore.

3. When you don't feel the need to see each other every day: When you get used to not seeing each other, as you get busy with your daily schedule and gradually lose the desperation you had in the first place, consider its high time you should move out of the relationship.

4. When you become indifferent to the other person's feeling: As you grow apart in life, you gradually lose interest in your partner is doing. You are hardly aware of what the other's schedule. In fact, you lose interest in sharing your thoughts and feelings as well. This is the time when you need to make a decision and move out of the relationship before it gets worse.  it makes no more makes sense to continue with the relationship.

5. When you have more difference in opinions: Having different opinions on issues is not something unnatural but when the disagreements with your partner surpass your agreements, understand it's the time you should stop trying to make it work.

To keep a relationship healthy it's better to accept the end and move on, holding on to a dead flower and expecting it to bloom, is worthless. It just hurts our own self.
