Here's What Donald Trump Said After Meeting Kim

The eyes of the world were in Singapore as US President Donald Trump is met North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Tuesday. Prior to the meeting, Donald Trump said that he hopes to have a great relationship with Kim Jong and it turns out that it was indeed one. Moments after meeting his Korean Counterpart, President Trump extended his gratitude and spoke about the newfound relationship between the two countries.

Speaking about the much-anticipated meeting Trump said," I want to thank President Kim. We spent a lot of time together, very intensive time. I would actually say that it worked out for both of us far better than anybody could have expected. I watched various news reports and it was better than what anyone could have predicted".     

President Donald Trump will address the media to brief about the summit, however, he gave a rough idea about it.

"We are very proud of what took place today. We both want to do something. We both are going to do something. We are going to take care of a very big and very dangerous problem in the world. This is going to lead to more and more", he added. 

He further spoke about his experience of meeting Kim Jong Yu and said that it was an intensive amount of time that was spent together.

"We both have developed a very special bond. People are going to be very impressed, they are going to be very happy. I think our whole relationship with North Korea and is going to be a much different situation than it was in the past".

He concluded with: "It's an honour to be with here. Thank you to all the representatives".

During the meet, the two leaders looked for ways to end a nuclear standoff. They tried to make a diplomatic breakthrough which will work as a catalyst to improve security landscape of Northeast Asia.
