Amist the seat sharing issue amongst the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Bihar, Rashtriya Lok Samta Party (RLSP) chief and Union minister Upendra Kushwaha organised a 'kheer feast' for his party workers, wherein he said that the 'kheer' has been cooked with the support of all caste, including the Yadavs, while mentioning that everyone will get equal share.

The RLSP chief had earlier stated that 'if we continue to combine the rice of Kushwaha and milk of Yadavs, the kheer formed will be tasty'. In the state, Tejaswi Yadav of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has been reportedly offering Kushwaha various political platforms to join the United Progressive Alliance (UPA).

Sources have indicated that Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) is offering only two seats to the RLSP leader at a time when he is having back channel negotiation with the RJD.
