India has been subjected to the heinous acts of terror by organisations backed by Pakistan for decades.

Despite many attempts for peace with the Pakistan government, its Army has always been the one to backstab India with its attempts to hamper the efforts, be it through war or terror attacks from its home-grown extremists' outfits.

Republic Media Network's Consulting Editor Major Gaurav Arya in The Major Speaks explains why the Pakistan Army uses terrorists in its asymmetrical war against India.

Here is what he says:

"India became a democracy after 1947 but Pakistan turned into a military dictatorship. So the Pakistan Army controls everyone be it Imran Khan in today times or Benazir Bhutto or Nawaz Sharif. And those who do not toe the line were either killed or removed. This has been happening in Pakistan for decades.

"Syed Salahuddin (HM), Masood Akhar (JeM) are just names and have no value, you will be shocked to know, as we have been told that they are big fish who create terror, but are actually mere puppets in the hands of the Pakistan Army.

"Why the Pakistan Army has resorted to terror? It has lost four wars against India. The 1947-48 war, the 1965 war, and the 1971 war. And also the Kargil war. Hence they use terrorists. They have no courage to fight a war against India. Hawa nikal chuki he Pakistan ki.

"Then Pakistan takes help of people like Hafiz Saed, Masood Azhar and Syed Salahuddin. Syed Salahuddin and Masood Azhar do the dirty work for Pakistan Army, which the Pakistan Army itself does not have the courage to do.

"To understand why terrorism should end then we must know who has started it."
