Rishi Kapoor Slams Speculations, Says Dyed His Hair For A Film

The world is going berserk with yet another Bollywood celebrity heading to the West to get their treatment done. While Sonali Bendre is taking one step at a time on her way to recovery, fans started speculating the veteran actor Rishi Kapoor's recent trip to the States.

Rumours were abuzz that the actor flew overseas to get his treatment done for cancer. However, rubbishing the news, his brother and veteran actor Randhir Kapoor was quoted saying that he has gone there for a health check up. Post which Rishi was also spotted taking a care-free stroll on the streets of New York with close friend Anupam Kher. 

The actor's wife Neetu Singh shared a picture of the duo with global diva Priyanka Chopra, Sonali Bendre and her husband Goldie Behl. This set the stage open for debate on social media as the actor was seen in a completely new look. Rishi, who dyed his hair blonde, later took to his Twitter account to slam the reports on cancer saying, "This is to dispel all notions and wrong speculations of my hair turning grey/ white overnight. My hair was dyed by Awan Contractor for a film produced by Honey Trehan and Sony pictures directed by Hitesh Bhatia. Film is untitled. Trust this clears the air."

Meanwhile, Sonali Bendre, who has kept a strong front on social media with motivating posts, was seen spending quality time in the company of her near and dear ones from the industry.
