Saina Nehwal's visa issues solved, offers thanks for the 'extra mile'
Rijiju extends his wishes to Saina Nehwal who was suffering from visa woes before Danisa Denmark Open until Sanjeev Gupta helped her by going an 'extra mile'

Kiren Rijiju, the Sports Minister of India, recently extended his best wishes for Saina Nehwal for the Danisa Denmark Open 2019 that begins on October 15. Nehwal, who has been facing visa problems had earlier sought for the help of External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar. Nehwal, took to social media to state her visa worries, looking for help from the Minister.
Sanjeev Gupta, Special Secretary at Ministry of Home Affairs, responded to Nehwal's request stating that efforts are being taken to look into the matter. The ace badminton player was ultimately granted the visa, for which she thanked Gupta, further tagging Rijiju, to let netizens know that the issue has been solved.

Danisa Denmark Open 2019
The 2019 Denmark Open is to take place at Odense idrætspark in Denmark. It is offering the prize money of $775,500. Denmark Open is one of the biggest badminton events of the year. Saina Nehwal who is a finalist at this year's championship faced a loss to Tai Tzu Ying of Chinese Taipei the previous year.
