Moses Flowers, the Hawks' second leading scorer coming into the contest at 11 points per game, was held to four points. He was 0 of 4 from 3-point range.
Makale Foreman had 18 points for the Seawolves (18-11, 9-5). Andrew Garcia added 14 points and 10 rebounds. Jeff Otchere had 10 points and three blocks.
The Hawks improve to 2-0 against the Seawolves on the season. Hartford defeated Stony Brook 68-65 on Jan. 15. Hartford finishes out the regular season against Maine at home on Tuesday. Stony Brook faces Albany on the road on Saturday.
