It seems Virat Kohli is not done and rightly so after becoming the first Asian captain to win a Test series in Australia. While the star cricketer shared an interesting photograph where he is enjoying a meal, we wonder if he’s giving a message to the Kangaroos ahead of the upcoming ODI series with the caption on it.
As he enjoyed a healthy meal recently, the 30-year-old decided to get creative by posing with intense eyes and the fork and knife in his hands. He even posted the snap on social media and captioned it, “Bring it on.”
Though the food emoticon is visible in his caption, we wonder if he is sending a message to Australians ahead of the upcoming ODI series. The test series, apart from being closely contested, had an exchange of words and heated moments between the two teams, and this could be a mind game to show their opponents that they are coming on with full force for the upcoming tournament.
The series is set to kick off on January 12 and though Virat might not have directly stated it, there’s no doubt that it would be the attitude of Team India. The unit is currently riding high on the historic win Down Under and there’s no doubt they’d want to sign off from Australia on a high note. While the T20I series was tied, if Indian wins the ODI series too, it would be one of the rare instances when Australia didn't win even one series during the entire tour of an away team.
Virat had posted a touching message, sharing some of their best moments and praising his team as they beat Australia 2-1 in the recently conducted series.
