Indian Cricket Captain Virat Kohli and Ravi Shastri addressed a press media in Mumbai before leaving for England for the World Cup 2019. Speaking at the press briefing at the BCCI Mumbai headquarters, the Indian cricket team head coach Ravi Shastri hailed veteran M.S Dhoni and said that he will play a 'major' role in the upcoming ICC World Cup 2019. He also went on to say that there is 'no one better than him' in the ODIs, especially when it comes to pressure situations.

“He has a massive role. There is no one better than him in this format especially in those little moments which can change the game. He will be a big player in this World Cup,” Shastri said during the press conference.

“There is a decent gap between games. So I don’t think the players will be burnt out. Playing tough games upfront is good as we will be up for it from the start. We will be at our 100% intensity from the minute we step onto the field. There is no room for complacency, we have to be at our best everyday,” he added. 

Apart from winning T20 World Cup under Dhoni's captaincy, the Indian team also won the Asia Cup twice (2010 and 2016).India will start their World Cup campaign against South Africa, which will be played at the Hampshire Bowl on June 5.
