In fact, its been quite a summer for the England all-rounder, beginning from England's World Cup victory in July to his knock in the third Ashes Test. After England won the controversial final against New Zealand to clinch their maiden World Cup, ICC's social media handle had taken to post a picture of Ben Stokes and the cricketing legend 'Master Blaster' Sachin Tendulkar, drawing a comparison between the two and going on to establish Ben Stokes above Sachin Tendulkar himself.
