Newly crowned World Champions England were left to lick their wounds against Ireland in a one-off Test match at the 'Mecca of Cricket' Lord's as they were bundled out for a paltry 85 riding on some spirited bowling performance on Wednesday. English skipper Joe Root had won the toss and elected to bat first. However, that is the only thing which went in his favour as the Irish team dominated the proceedings thereafter.

The English team were brutally trolled on social media for their ordinary performance. This setback comes just 10 days after England had won their maiden World Cup at the same venue in an edge-of-the-seat thriller.

Even Iceland Cricket have joined the fun in taking a dig at England. Nonetheless, they did not take a dig at them directly but targetted Jofra Archer. In case if you are wondering what Archer who is not even in the squad has got to do, then here is what you should know.
