Indian captain Virat Kohli who is touted as the benchmark of excellence in world cricket has found a new fan in Australian opener David Warner's little daughter. David Warner who has been in a spectacular form ever doesn't quite make it to his daughter's favorites list as Virat Kohli seems to be his young daughter Indi-Mae's inspiration. Taking to his Instagram, David Warner shared a rather cheerful video of his little daughter playing cricket with his family. But what grabbed eyeballs is the fact that the young girl is muttering; 'I am Virat Kohli' while hitting the ball.

Warner captioned the video as "I am not sure about this one. "Does Indi want to be Virat Kohli. Caption This??". Have a look

Furthermore, his wife Candice Warner also shared the video on Twitter, asserting that their little girl has spent too much time in India as she wants to be Captain Virat Kohli.

Warner equals Virat Kohli and Colin Munro:

David Warner shined in Australia's 3-0 whitewash of Sri Lanka. The southpaw hit 217 runs and remained not out throughout the series. This wonderful display of batting made Warner the first-ever opener to remain unbeaten in all 3 T20Is of a 3-match series. David Warner also became only the third batsman in international cricket to score the fifties in all three matches of a bilateral T20I series after Virat Kohli and Colin Munro. Virat Kohli had scored an unbeaten 90, 59 not out, and 50 as he became the first batsman to do so during India's tour of Australia in 2015-16. Colin Munro was the second to achieve this landmark when he hit 53, 66 and 104 against West Indies in 2017-18.
