Cricket World Cup 2019 has taken its own interesting twists and turns over the past few weeks.

Pakistan went past England on Saturday to get to the fourth spot in the tournament standings as they defeated Afghanistan by three wickets in a thrilling encounter.

Pakistan has now moved to the fourth spot with nine points. The team's win has now created more pressure on England to register a positive result in the match against India. If England fails to do so, their chances of qualifying for semis would become very tough.

Commenting on the current scenario, Rishi Kapoor who is currently in New York and a cricket enthusiast, took to his Twitter handle and wrote: "Sunday’s ICC 🏆game will be unique between India and England. 1.2 billion Indians,200 million Pakistanis, 150 million Bangladeshis and 25 million Sri Lankan’s will be praying for 🇮🇳India’s win. If India loses then Pakistan,Bangladesh and Sri Lanka our of the tournament. Jai Hind!"

He also congratulated Pakistan for the win against Afghanistan. He wrote: "Again very well played Afghanistan 🇦🇫 but tough luck. Congratulations 🇵🇰" [sic]

Here's the post -

India have won all their matches in the World Cup so far and they are the only unbeaten side in the tournament. The team is currently placed at the second position in the World Cup standings with 11 points.

"We are very excited about the match. Everyone is a bit surprised by England's performance. We thought they will dominate in their conditions. But pressure is a massive factor in the World Cup. I have played in two World Cup's so I know how pressure can take its toll. Anyone can beat anyone, we got a scare from Afghanistan," Kohli said.
