After the heartbreak of the World Cup exit, Virat Kohli’s Team India is seeking to showcase a turnaround in the West Indies tour. Not just maintain their numero uno status in Tests, the team will also be keen to lay the platform for the squad for the World T20 next year and the World Cup 2023. After an intense press briefing ahead of their departure, the team has now landed in Miami, USA. Captain Kohli has been accompanied by actor-wife Anushka Sharma and their pictures have surfaced on social media.

Earlier, pictures of the couple when they had landed at the Miami airport had also made its way to social media.

Previously, even during the World Cup, the ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ star had accompanied the Captain and they used to be seen together. 

Meanwhile, the point to note is that the first two T20s, on August 3 and 4 are being played in Florida, USA, before the teams head to the Caribbean for the third T20 on August 6 and first two ODIs (August 8 and 11) in Guyana, before concluding the ODI series in Trinidad (August 14).

India will also play two Tests against the West Indies in Antigua and Jamaica. (August 22-26 and August 30-September 3).
