Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is one of the most successful teams in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL) having qualified for the playoffs in every season. The Chennai outfit has always retained their core squad every season due to which they have been able to come out on top every year.
After coming back in 2018 following a two-year ban, the MS Dhoni-led side made it to the 2018 and 2019 finals. They won the 2018 edition and came really close to defending their title last year only to lose the final in a last-ball thriller against Mumbai Indians (MI), who won their record fourth title.
