One of those who wished Dravid was his former national teammate Virender Sehwag. Taking to Twitter, the 'Nawab of Najafgarh' posted a hilarious post which left the fans in splits.
"Deewaron ke bhi kaan hote hain , is deewar ka bahut saaf Mann aur hriday bhi hai!( #TheWall too has ears, this one has a pure mind and a heart as well) A joy to have played with him and made so many wonderful memories together #HappyBirthdayRahulDravid !" his message on the social media website read.
The man termed by many as one of country's, and even cricket's greatest-ever batsman is presently the head coach of India's U-19 team. Throughout his playing days, Dravid was known for his incredible ability with the bat, with the opponents getting frustrated by his talent to stay at the crease for hours and hours. Apart from scoring runs, he also kept wickets for the national team and was even the skipper for a brief period.
