The Indian batsman and wicket-keeper KL Rahul was spotted chilling, quite literally on Instagram. The player posted a funny post on Instagram where he was ‘chilling’ in a ‘cryogenic chamber’- a unique therapy that requires you to get inside a cylinder filled with liquid nitrogen. It is said that the therapy relaxes your muscles and also helps in quick recovery. The cricketer who is quite famous on Instagram is often witty with his posts on social media. 

KL Rahul chills with Virat and Anushka

Before the series, KL Rahul was seen holidaying with Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma, Ravichandran Ashwin and Mayank Agarawal in Antigua. He even shared a short video from the holiday on social media.

KL Rahul dropped out of Test series

In the West Indies tour, KL Rahul scored 101 runs in four innings of the series. It was reported that KL Rahul was dropped out the Test series against South Africa, the BCCI confirmed that Rohit Sharma will open in the series on Twitter.

India in the T20 series

The first match was abandoned due to rains, however, India won the second match of the T20 series. The team lost the third T20 match against South Africa by 9 wickets. Shikhar Dhawan made 36 runs while Rishabh Pant and Jadeja both score 19 runs each in the match. The T20I series finished all square at 1-1. India will now take on South Africa in a Test series in India.
