As MS Dhoni celebrates his birthday on July 7, dairy giant Amul posted a special video for the right-handed batsman and India's wicket-keeper. Amul is known for their doodles that captures the nerve of the nation. On Dhoni's birthday, when the social media is flooded with wishes for him with #HappyBirthdayMSD trending, the diary giant combined every doodle they had created of Dhoni and posted a video on their Twitter page. Dhoni who is known as the 'Cool Captain' because of his spectacular role when he was India's captain in limited-overs formats from 2007 to 2016 and in Test cricket from 2008 to 2014 turned 38 this year. Having lifted three ICC trophies namely - ICC World Cup 2011, ICC Champions Trophy 2013 and ICC World T20 2007, his contribution to Indian Cricket is huge. 

The video posted by Amul begins with a doodle saying "Oh Captain Mahi Captain" and "Well Dhon MSD". In a superb play-of words, each text of the doodle spoke about MS. The doodle showed the Amul girl handing over a slice of butter to the Indian Wicket-Keeper while he is trying to hit the stumps. The next doodle showed MS Dhoni with his CSK partner Suresh Raina.

The third doodle in the video was from 2018 when the Chennai Super Kings returned to IPL after two years of ban and became IPL champions. In a beautiful wordplay, Amul had then captured the performance of Shane Watson in MS Dhoni-led CSK and the Captain celebrating with his daughter Ziva - "Shane-ai- Super Kings".

What may be called a special gift by the diary giant, the video captures each and every essence of Dhoni. On Dhoni getting a new haircut before every big international tournament, the video has a doodle from September 2013. It also has a doodle when the Indian Captain married Sakshi Dhoni while the nation was speculating that it is his engagement on July 4, 2010. 

The forty-six-second long video ends with a doodle, hinting to the recent media reports that the Indian wicketkeeper will be resigning after World Cup 2019. The caption says: "Dhon't write him off" and "Always in forms".
