Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who has won all cricketing accolades including captaining India to triumph at the 2011 ODI World Cup, 2007 T20 World Cup, and Champions Trophy, turned 38 on July 7.

After India's seven-wicket over Sri Lanka on Saturday night, the former Indian skipper celebrated his birthday on Sunday with his well-wishers, wife Sakshi Dhoni and his four-year-old daughter Ziva Dhoni.

In pictures shared by Sakshi on her Instagram handle, a cake-faced Dhoni was seen posing with his family in big smiles, friends including batsman Kedar Jadhav, all-rounder Hardik Pandya and in a slow-motion video, the wicketkeeper-batsman can be seen cutting the cake with his daughter Ziva, with a blast of confetti sprinkling down all over the frame.

The Virat Kohli-led Indian team are now at the summit of the points table with seven wins, one loss with 15 points in their tally. They retained the top position after South Africa beat the reigning five-time World Champions Australia.

It is the worst kept secret in Indian cricket right now but India's last match in the ongoing World Cup, in all likelihood, will also be Mahendra Singh Dhoni's last game in India colours, according to PTI.
