Ranveer Singh would’ve surely not expected that a caption for a social media post could land him in trouble, but his modified version of Brock Lesnar’s ‘Eat Sleep Conquer Repeat’ has invited a legal notice for him. The WWE wrestler’s advocate Paul Heyman is in no mood to forgive the actor for his ‘rip-off’ and has now also diverted his attention to the person alongside the ‘Gully Boy’ star in the picture, Hardik Pandya. Heyman has now stated that the cricketer wants to be Brock Lesnar, but is not man enough to step into the ring with the wrestler. He also called Ranveer as a ‘Paul Heyman wannabe.’
After venting his anger out in no uncertain terms and asserting that he had indeed sent a legal notice to Ranveer, Heyman in a recent interview with a news agency said Lesnar was a former National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) champion and the ‘baddest dude on the planet’, but he doesn’t feel Hardik is ‘man enough’ to take on the wrestler in the ring.
The advocate also shared that Ranveer ‘dreams’ of being Paul Heyman and Hardik wants to be Brock Lesnar, as that’s the reason the cricketer let the actor post their viral picture.
Heyman added that Hardik wanted to be Lesnar since he’s more successful on a global level, while terming Ranveer as a ‘Paul Heyman wannabe’ through his tweet.
Hardik is not new to controversies. The all-rounder was even suspended from the India squad after his misogynist and racist comments on the chat show 'Koffee with Karan' had fetched him criticism and even cases from all quarters.
Heyman had earlier slammed Ranveer'caption, 'Eat. Sleep. Dominate. Repeat.' for the picture with Hardik after India's victory against Pakistan in the World Cup, by he is litigious. He later confirmed that he has indeed served the legal notice.
