Indian's left-handed opener, Shikhar Dhawan is widely known to be livewire of the team. From his famous kabaddi-style wicket celebration to sporting his handlebar mustache, the southpaw never ceases to amaze his fans with his on-field antics.

Shikhar Dhawan was not included in the Indian squad to feature against West Indies for the currently ongoig Test series. Though, he didn't let that disappointment stop him from having some fun.

Gabbar, as he fondly referred, is also known to be quite active on social media, and most recently the southpaw was spotted indulging in some banter with his former Indian teammate Harbhajan Singh.

Dhawan had recently posted a picture on Instagram of him sitting on a chair, while the caption read: Sheeran wale rob yaaran saanu hi faban ge #tuesdaymorning #potd". His picture prompted Harbhajan Singh to give the Indian opener a new nickname - 'Daaku'. Shikhar Dhawan returned the compliment by calling the Indian spin legend - 'Jagga Jatt'.

In one of his earlier Instagram posts, Shikhar Dhawan could be seen putting the long yards in the gym even though he is on vacation. After failing to make the cut to India's Test squad, the left-handed batsman has vowed to comeback stronger.

Shikhar Dhawan has been fine touch lately, after he was adjudged the Man of the tournament for his prolific showing with the bat, which played a pivotal role in India's road to the their seventh Asia Cup title.

There was lots of questions raised regarding the form of the southpaw, given his dismal outing in England. But then, Gabbar did what he loves doing, scoring runs! Barring the final, Shikhar Dhawan was in splendid form with his explosive batting skills, which saw him become the tournament's highest run-getter with 342 runs from five innings.

After an impressive Asia Cup outing, Shikhar Dhawan will now feature for the Men in Blue in the limited overs series against West Indies. The southpaw will be hoping to carry the momentum as he looks to don the opening role for the Virat Kohli led-side.
