A confident Delhi Capitals will be up against Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on Sunday. The 'Orange Army' will be desperate to get back to winning ways after having suffered two consecutive defeats in three days. The 2016 winners had lost their last game against Kings XI Punjab by six wickets on Monday. Meanwhile, Delhi will look to bring their campaign back on track by registering another win. The Capitals will be heading into this contest after a seven-wicket win over Kolkata Knight Riders on Friday. Delhi will also look to avenge their five-wicket home loss against SRH in the reverse fixture.

Here's a look at some of the essential aspects which will make this a clash to watch out for.

1. Shikhar Dhawan's return to form:

Dhawan finally made his bat do the talking in the last game against Kolkata Knight Riders. He scored an unbeaten 63-ball 97. Even though he missed out on a well deserved century, he made sure that he had anchored Delhi's innings to perfection as the Capitals successfully chased down the target of 179 with more than an over to spare. Dhawan has now scored 249 runs in seven matches at a strike rate of 128.35 which includes two half-centuries.

2. Warner-Bairstow's blistering start:

SRH will be hoping that their opening pair of David Warner and Jonny Bairstow will come out all guns blazing against Delhi. The dynamic duo have put on three consecutive 100 run opening stands and four straight 50 run opening partnerships. They will once again be aiming to lay yet another solid foundation to help SRH do the double over Delhi.

3. Head-to-head records:

SRH have the upper hand over Delhi when it comes to overall head-to-head records. In the 13 matches that both sides have played, Hyderabad have registered nine wins while Delhi have won only on four occasions. Hyderabad also have a 3-1 home advantage over Delhi in the four games that have been played.

4. Will the Afghan duo make an impact?:

SRH will believe that the Afghan duo of Rashid Khan and Mohammad Nabi will make an impact with their stellar all-round performance as the 'Orange Army' look to add two valuable points in their tally.

5. Will Kagiso Rabada be among the wickets?:

The Capitals will be hoping that the South African speedster Kagiso Rabada will help them in getting early breakthroughs along with keeping the run flow in check. Rabada has so far scalped 13 wickets in seven games at an economy of 7.98.
