Sri Lanka's Kusal Mendis fell off a bike while celebrating the island nation's series victory over Bangladesh, after beating them 3-0 in the One-Day International series. A video grab of the incident did viral rounds on social media, tickling the bones of the netizens.

Sri Lanka's Kusal Mendis fell off a bike while celebrating the island nation's series victory over Bangladesh, after beating them 3-0 in the One-Day International series. A video grab of the incident did viral rounds on social media, tickling the bones of the netizens. 

Kusal Mendis, who played a crucial knock of 54 runs, fell off the bike as he was celebrating after the side notched a 122-run victory over the Tigers. He shared a 101-run partnership for the fourth wicket with all-rounder Angelo Mathews. Officials are seen rushing to help Mendis as soon as he falls off the bike. Mendis also had a pillion rider, Shehan Jayasuriya, seated behind him who also fell. Here's the video of the accident:

Mendis was applauded by the netizens for being a gentleman as he walked away after before the umpire ruled him out following an edge off Soumya Sarkar.
