Hardik Pandya once again made an impact for Mumbai Indians, this time with his all-round performance as he helped his team registered its first home win of the season by beating Chennai Super Kings by 37 runs at the Wankhede Stadium on Wednesday. Pandya once again added finishing touches to Mumbai's innings with an important cameo of an 8-ball 25 at a strike rate of 312.50 which included a boundary and three maximums. He along with Kieron Pollard clobbered Dwayne Bravo around all parts of the Wankhede Stadium. He finished Mumbai's innings with a six.
Pandya also contributed with the ball as he dismissed CSK skipper MS Dhoni, who had starred with the bat for his side in the last game against Rajasthan Royals. He also picked up Ravindra Jadeja and Deepak Chahar. He picked up three wickets for 20 runs in his quota of four overs at an economy of 5.00.
Here's what Twitterati had to say about his splendid performance.
