First, it was Sanju Samson's gritty knock of a 55-ball 102 that took Rajasthan Royals to a competitive score of 198/2 in their 20 overs. In reply, destructive Australian opener David Warner continued his splendid run with the bat as he scored a quickfire 37-ball 69 at a strike rate of 186.49 which included nine fours and two sixes. He once again stitched in a century stand with Englishman Jonny Bairstow. Both of them shared a 110 run opening stand. Twitterati did not hesitate in appreciating Warner's consistent performance with the bat.
Warner also grabbed the 'Orange Cap with this good knock. As of now, he is the leading run-scorer with 154 runs.
