In reply, destructive Australian opener David Warner continued his splendid run with the bat as he scored a quickfire 37-ball 69 at a strike rate of 186.49 which included nine fours and two sixes. He once again stitched in a century stand with Englishman Jonny Bairstow. Both of them shared a 110 run opening stand.
