Sunrisers Hyderabad registered their third straight win as well as their first one away from home this season by a five wicket win over Delhi Capitals at the Feroz Shah Kotla stadium on Thursday. By the virtue of this win, the 'Orange Army' are now on top of the points table. Their tight bowling and good presence of mind on the field ensured that Delhi could only get to a modest total of 129/8 in their 20 overs after the hosts were put into bat by stand-in captain Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

However, in reply, the SRH openers Jonny Bairstow and David Warner charged on the Delhi bowlers right from the word 'Go'. They batted well on a tough surface. It was once again Jonny Bairstow who grabbed the spotlight. He carried on from where he had left against RCB. He scored at a brisk rate and within no time the duo bought up their fourth consecutive 50 run partnership. He scored a quickfire 28-ball 48 at a strike rate of 171.43 while David Warner was a silent spectator at the other end and was eventually dismissed for an 18-ball 10. Both of them added 64 runs for the opening wicket to put SRH in a dominant position.

Twitterati showered praises on the dynamic duo.
