VIRAL: MS Dhoni And Virat Kohli Scoot Around The Outfield In New Zealand In Fun ‘post-game Shenanigans’

The celebrations for Virat Kohli and Mahendra Singh Dhoni continued on the field after recording a comprehensive victory over New Zealand in Napier on Wednesday. The superstar duo, who are known for their love for swanky vehicles, had an interesting companion in a segway and their delighted but contrasting reactions on it were just the icing on the cake.

In a video that is going viral on social media, the captain and the wicketkeeper are seen enjoying their ride on the self-balancing two-wheeler, used by the production crew, after the victory. 

While Dhoni had a more measured reaction as expected and had a smile on his face, Virat had his eyes wide open as he clapped, raised his arms and even performed a dance step on it. 

The official Twitter handle of BCCI called it ‘Post-game shenanigans’ and there’s no denying the fact that 'it looks fun’.

India won the first match of the ODI series with a convincing victory, thanks to the brilliant platform laid by the bowlers, who dismissed the Black Caps for a mere 157. The star performers were Kuldeep Yadav, Mohammed Shami and Yuzvendra Chahal who bagged 4 wickets, 3 wickets and 2 wickets respectively.

 Shikhar Dhawan was the star of the second innings scoring 75 not out to chase the revised target of 156, which the Men in Blue achieved in 34.5 overs. Virat Kohli also played an important knock of 45 runs.
