Virat Kohli's 'satyanaash' reaction when the ball hits the Spidercam is nostalgia galore!

There were a number of thrilling moments in Wednesday night's highly entertaining IPL encounter between the Royal Challengers Bangalore and the Chennai Super Kings, namely the sensational chase by Ambati Rayudu and MS Dhoni after their side had looked to be down and out under pressure from Yuzvendra Chahal and Umesh Yadav.

While everyone would have seen plenty of captain vs captain action as Virat Kohli and Dhoni engaged in a high-pressure game of Cricketing chess, there was one interesting moment that brought out the inner child in Kohli, when just for a moment, he shed his fierce competitor-sponsor's dream, Team India captain avatar and emerged as nothing more or less than a youngster who is trying to smash as few windows as possible as he plays his favourite sport in his 'colony' with his best mates.

The moment came fairly early on during CSK's chase of RCB's 205-run total, likely when Mandeep Singh caught Suresh Raina, leaving the Chennai side floundering.

After taking the catch, as the RCB celebrated, Mandeep Singh tossed the ball up to the spidercam that was floating towards him. Kohli attempts to stop Singh but fails and the under-arm throw heads straight for the camera, bounces off it and is caught by the same person who threw it! While Mandeep is clearly relieved that he's not knocked the whole system down, Kohli's reaction is just priceless!

He puts his hands to his head as though he means to say 'satyanaash!' and continues to hold himself in position as if expecting a senior 'uncle' come down, give them a scolding and confiscate their bat and ball!

When the excitement on the field goes over the top. OUCH Spidey! #VIVOIPL #RCBvCSK

It didn't turn out well for Kohli and co. as they failed to defend their impressive total, but with Virat Kohli you can be sure that no matter how many windows are broken, he'll keep coming back to the field to play and win!

RCB's next match is at home to the Kolkata Knight Riders on Sunday.
