Virat Kohli encourages Mayank Agarwal

Mayank Agarwal batted outstandingly well in the first Test at Indore where he made the Bangladeshi bowlers toil hard for having given him a lifeline on Day 1. Agarwal was dropped by Imrul Kayes at slips when he was on 32 and ensured that he made the opposition pay a huge price for their mistakes. At the same time, as Agarwal kept on getting to bigger scores, he was encouraged by his captain Virat Kohli to have high aims. When Agarwal got to 150, Kohli appreciated it and pointed two fingers which indicated that the opener should aim for a double-ton to which the Karnataka batsman obliged by giving a thumbs up. When he finally got to his double century, an excited Agarwal showed two fingers to Kohli to tell him that the mission was accomplished. However, Kohli who is always hungry for success set a new target for Mayank by pointing three fingers and thus indicating that the opening batsman should aim for a triple hundred. The video was also posted on social media. Take a look.
