Defending champions and three-time winners Chennai Super Kings got the better of Rajasthan Royals by eight runs at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on Sunday. By the virtue of this win, the 'Yellow Army' made it to the summit of the points table with a hat-trick of wins in as many games. Meanwhile, the inaugural edition IPL winners lost their third straight match to find themselves at the seventh position.

Post CSK's third win, the players decided to make this occasion special and they celebrated their head coach Stephen Fleming's birthday in advance. Fleming who will be turning 46 on April 1 was privileged enough to be able to cut his birthday cake a day earlier. A special cake by Chennai Super Kings is shown in the video. The former New Zealand skipper comes in and the boys wish their coach . Suresh Raina puts the candle and Fleming proceeds to cut the cake. After he cuts the cake, he offers a bite to the 'Chinna Thala' (Raina) before having a piece. He is then fed the cake by skipper MS Dhoni and Dwayne Bravo. Then someone from the support staff puts the cake on Fleming's face. Suddenly, pacer Mohit Sharma charges on his coach. Fleming sees him coming but Mohit is too quick for him and the former Kiwi opening batsman ends up with cake all over his face.
