It is no hidden fact that Harbhajan Singh is well-known for his incredible bowling and his antics on the cricket pitch. Though, not many maybe aware that the former Indian spinner is also great at giving relationship advice.

'The Turbantor' as he fervently called, has played an instrumental role in guiding the Men In Blue to several victories during his playing career. Though with his rising age, the 38 year-old has fallen out of favour from the Indian squad, but he continues to ply his trade in the domestic circuit with Indian Premier League giants Chennai Super Kings.

Making the most of his time off, the Punjab-born cricketer remains to be ever so close to the game he loves the most, providing his insights by being a commentator or a pundit on various cricket shows.

The former cricketer is also known to very philosophical and vocal about his opinions. Recently, on a chat show called No Filter Neha - with Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia, Harbhajan Singh turned love guru as he was seen churning out some of his wisdom to some of the Indian sports celebrity couples.

When asked what was his advice for the lovebirds Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, Harbhajan said: "There will be tough times in marriage, So, stay with each other, bear with each other, of course, it is gonna get better the more you understand each other." 

Harbhajan Singh also delved into his own personal life and how his former team-mate Yuvraj Singh was the catalyst behind him marrying Geeta Basra.

I saw her in one of her posters, and I asked Yuvraj, who is this girl.

The cricketer reveals the time when India had won the World Cup back in 2007 and how Geeta had ignored his message to meet over coffee.

"I would like to meet you for coffee, but she didn't reply," Harbhajan added.

Though, he recalls how things got going between the two after Geeta had messaged him asking for IPL tickets when he was playing for Mumbai Indians.

"It took me around 8-9 months and then she said, 'let's give it a go',he said.
