One of the ground staff also came forward and revealed how they get the job done.

"I have been working here for the last 16 years. Generally, we start working on the pitch five days prior to the match. It takes 2-3 days for a good wicket to be ready. We try to make the wicket ready in 4 days. However, if there is enough sunshine then 1-2 days are enough for a good pitch to play on."

At the same time, he also said that he loves working on the ground of Sunrisers Hyderabad and calls it his own ground.

"We have toiled hard to make this a good ground and want Sunrisers to win here."

Chandrasekhar Rao then went on to shower praises on his team.

"I am proud to say that I have a wonderful staff who do a very beautiful job."

Even the netizens came forward to hail the real but unsung heroes.

Earlier, even Royal Challengers Bangalore had given a special dedication to the ground staff on social media. Take a look.
