The mood in the Indian camp is buoyant following their recent displays on the field. The Men in Blue created history in Australia with a Test-ODI double over the hosts, and has since then followed it up by taking an unassailable 3-0 lead in the ongoing ODI series against New Zealand.

Ahead of the fourth ODI, which the Indian team will play without its skipper Virat Kohli, who has been rested for the remaining fixtures, a few members of the squad enjoyed a gala time as the new edition of 'Chahal TV' was shot.

Young batting sensation Shubman Gill, who replaced Kohli in the squad, was seen having fun with Khaleel Ahmed and Kuldeep Yadav as Yuzvendra Chahal conducted his chat show with stand-in skipper Rohit Sharma behind the camera.

"We follow a schedule to maintain our fitness. The training has been good so far. I am feeling wonderful as I received a warm welcome from everyone in the team," said Shubman Gill during the interaction.

The young 19-year-old is expected to feature in the remaining two ODIs as India looks to find the right balance in its squad ahead of the World Cup 2019, which will commence later this year in May.

Gill has been backed to become the next Indian star by a number of his fans, which also includes Kohli. The Indian skipper, earlier in the series, had heaped praise on the U-19 star by stating that he was not even 10% of what Gill is at the age of 19.

India presently have an unassailable 3-0 lead in the five-match series, and the team management has made it clear that in the remaining games, including the upcoming T20I series, youngsters will be given a chance as the selectors look to build a strong squad ahead of the World Cup 2019.
