Shoaib Malik might have bid adieu to 50-overs cricket, but it still looks like he has got a lot left him in the shortest format of the game i.e. T20 cricket. Malik seems to be hungry and is wishing for what might be a final hurrah for him in next year's ICC World T20 which will be held in Australia. Coming back to the present, Malik is participating in the ongoing edition of Global T20 Canada where he is representing Vancouver Knights. The veteran Pakistani batsman played an entertaining knock of an unbeaten 26-ball 46 against Brampton Wolves at CAA Centre in Brampton on Thursday. However, he put up a couple of glass-shattering performances.

Shoaib Malik shatters glasses twice with his two sixes

Believe it or not but the 37-year-old ended up breaking the glass not once but twice with his two maximums. The first time it happened was in the 13th over which was bowled by New Zealand spinner Ish Sodhi where the former Pakistan skipper charged down the track and struck the ball over cover as the ball hit the window pane and broke the glass.  Things did not end there as Malik repeated the act in the 16th over which was bowled by his countryman Wahab Riaz. On the second instance, the stylish batsman hit Riaz towards backward point as the ball shattered the glass once again and the players seated in that section were seen running for covers.
