Cheteshwar Pujara aside, India didn't get off to the best of starts in the first of their four high-profile test matches in and against Australia on Thursday morning, losing 6 wickets with just 127 on the board.
Three wickets fell within the first 20 runs, including both openers and skipper Kohli, and partnerships following that also didn't last long with Ajinkya Rahane and Rohit Sharma also being caught.
The two dismissals that everyone is talking about are those of India's two senior-most batters -- Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma.
Kohli was dismissed for just 3 runs in 16 balls, caught magnificently by Usman Khawaja in the slips.
Sharma, meanwhile, was off to a blinder in test match terms, hitting three sixes and two fours and a score of 37 in just 61 balls. His last six runs came from an outstanding shot, but in the very next ball, he skied one too short and was caught out, with netizens bemoaning it as a 'brainfade'.
At the time of publishing India are 184/6 at the Adelaide Oval, with all of their dismissals coming from catches.
