When Virat was introduced, the crowd erupted in cheers. The 30-year-old then said, "It's lovely to be here. We have such a huge fan base in England. The number of people traveling from home as well. It’s great to see that every stadium we play, 50 per cent of the people are Indian fans. For us, that is a thing of pressure, but also of pride, hopefully we can use that crowd advantage for us in the tournament. It’s a lovely atmosphere, lovely occasion to be at.”
